By accessing signimart.com.bd or placing orders via web, telephone, or showroom, you agree to comply with these terms. All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include standard VAT where applicable.
We make every effort to display accurate specifications (voltage, wattage, chuck size, weight, brand origin) and real-time stock status. In rare cases where an item becomes out of stock after order placement, our team will contact you within 2 hours to offer an equivalent upgrade or immediate refund.
- Orders inside Dhaka City do not require advance deposit.
- Orders outside Dhaka City require a flat ৳120 courier booking deposit
via bKash/Nagad before courier dispatch.
- Bulk wholesale orders exceeding ৳50,000 require a formal purchase
order (PO) and 30% advance deposit.
Official manufacturer warranties (Bosch, DeWalt, Makita, Total, Dongcheng) cover internal motor and armature manufacturing defects. Physical drops, water damage, or unauthorized electrical voltage surges are excluded under standard warranty terms.
